Black Friday 2020 with BargainBrute.Com

Hello to you all, welcome to another BargainBrute.Com short informational narrative and how good it is to be back at doing what I enjoy, writing.

Today we will look at the upcoming Black Friday, which is fast approaching on November 27, 2020. However, before I do, I would be remiss if I did not mention our hosts, BargainBrute.Com, recently voted America’s favorite place to shop online in 2020.

Yes, it would appear that BargainBrute.Com has been able to accomplish more since their conception than perhaps any other online retailer situated in North America.

Why have they succeeded in what is perhaps one of if not the best online retailers on the worldwide web? They are one of America’s few remaining online retailers that still maintain good old fashion family values. Values, which unfortunately would appear, that most online retailers have let slide in the modern world of online retail.

Now with no further ado on with our story.

Black Friday is perhaps one of the top online retail shopping days on the North American Calendar. It is a day that online retailers do not take for granted, and who can blame them when you read statistics offered by one of the top computer analytical companies, “Adobe Digital” who informs us that Black Friday alone generated over $5 billion in just 24 hours a staggering figure which no online retailer will ever take for granted.

Why we call Black Friday Black Friday can be traced way back to the beginnings of our nation in a time when our forefathers landed on our shores, thus creating what we now know as “Thanksgiving,” a day which is now typically celebrated on the 4th Thursday of November and typically signals the start of the traditional Christmas shopping period, a period which no self-respecting online retailer will ever miss at his or her peril.

Just like our online hosts BargainBrute, some retailers use this day of all days to promote huge online sales even though it is not an official state holiday. For instance, Colorado, along with some other North American states, has extended the traditional Black Friday event and extended it with the result that the Thanksgiving holiday has now become a four-day event and, as a result, has created another North American holiday we now know as Columbus Day.

Yep, Black Friday since 2005 has for some time now become perhaps the busiest online shopping day of the year and has created what can only be described as a positive way to shop, both online and in traditional brick and mortar retailers.

However, Black Friday is a day which should not be taken for granted, as just like everything else, Black Friday is very susceptible to many outside problems, and I include both the horrid COVID Pandemic the world is suffering from at this moment in time, and of course, the retailers dreaded nightmare “recession” a nightmare which happened not long ago in 2014

Yep, spending for the first time or I should say since the 2008 recession fell by an enormous 11% or in economic terms, the American people spent over $50 billion quite a lot, you may say, but in terms of traditional spending, it was instead quite a loss for online retailers across the board.

Of course, some businesses had another saying for this period; they came up with the endearing phrase of “Christmas Creep,” a term which continues to this day, a name which now used to describe the annual Christmas online shopping extravaganza of Black Friday and if you think about it, it sounds a lot more pleasant than “Depression,” furthermore It also takes us to another momentous day the annual Macys day parade a bait unfortunately not held this year because of the Coronavirus Pandemic so we will take a look at this within another short BargainBrute narrative.

Interesting facts relating to our subject line, Black Friday 2020 with BargainBrute.Com

Did you know that the earliest data concerning Black Friday happened in Philadelphia when local police were overwhelmed by traffic nicknamed the day Black Friday?

Did you know that Black Friday, which we now know happens every year on November 27, is the day we are informed that retailers, both online and traditional brick and mortar retailers, actually turn a profit? Think of that; close to a year has passed, a long time to make a profit, and perhaps is why “Black Friday” is such an important day for all retailers.

Did you know that both Thanksgiving and Black Friday are the last so-called holiday days before the man himself comes to town; yes, just around the corner arrives what many people say is perhaps the most magical person to land on anyone’s roof. Yes, he made be called different in some countries. Still, as far as this writer is concerned, he is responsible for perhaps the happiest day of the year, a day celebrated by so many different religions, and of course, I am speaking of that person from the North Pole Santa Clause. With that, I think we shall end this short BargainBrute narrative, and as mentioned at the beginning of this short article, it is so lovely to be back.
